Sidelines Sports Photography is a UK-based photography business operated by Tia Anderson and David Morgan-Harrison. We sell digital image files through our online store hosted on Pixieset.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and/or placing an order through our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Products
Sidelines Sports Photography sells digital image files only. No physical products will be produced or shipped under any circumstances. All images are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to your email address upon successful payment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without prior notice.
Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your order. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital file has been downloaded or a download link has been issued, except where required by UK consumer law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at sidelinesphotography@outlook.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
Intellectual Property & Licence
All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sidelines Sports Photography. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the image in accordance with our Digital Image Licence, which is provided separately at the point of purchase.
Use of our images on social media, websites, or in publications must be accompanied by clear credit to Sidelines Sports Photography. When sharing on Instagram, please tag @bysidelines.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our images in any way that is not expressly permitted by our Digital Image Licence. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Reselling or redistributing our images to third parties.
• Using our images for commercial or advertising purposes without prior written permission.
• Submitting our images to stock libraries or agencies.
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any watermark, metadata, or copyright information.
• Claiming authorship or ownership of any image.
Event Bookings
If you would like Sidelines Sports Photography to attend and photograph an event, separate booking terms will apply and will be provided at the time of enquiry. These Terms of Service apply to all digital purchases made through our online store and accessing our website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Sidelines Sports Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital images or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
